Immediately after you accept the mission to rescue Rufio, Vincente Diaz appears right outside the door. He tells you that Rufio raped his 13 year old daughter and he wants revenge. He wants to hire you to get Rufio out of jail and bring him to him so he can kill him himself.

If you do this mission Nesto Delgado holds you personally responsible and tries to kill you. All his sentries will attack you also. NOTE: doing this means that you can’t do any more missions from the mayor. Also, you have to arm Rufio. If you don’t he and Vincente Diaz will forever stare at each other and you cannot complete either mission.
