Go to the jail and bribe Julio Cruz to let Rufio go. Bring Rufio back to Nesto Delgado.

Rufio is in trouble again and needs to leave the country. Your mission is to deliver him his new ID-papers so he can go over seas.

Go to Old Town Cali-Cantinos and you will find a squad of soldiers waiting outside of the bar for Rufio. Kill them and deliver the papers to Rufio.
